Precautions for jacquard lace machine

1. Avoid dusty, corrosive, hot or humid working environments.
2. Power supply three-pin plug, phase wire C, zero wire N, ground wire G, must be reliably grounded when using.
3. The voltage of this machine is: AC220V (±10%), 50~60Hz. Voltage fluctuations beyond this range may cause the motor to burn out, or the motor speed and torque may decrease.
The voltage fluctuates greatly, and a voltage regulator should be installed.
4. Test ultrasound, whether the amplitude meter pointer is below 50.
5. The level of equipment production efficiency is greatly related to the proficiency of the operator. Operators with low proficiency should be adjusted slower at the beginning to ensure safety.
