At present, China's self-produced and introduced electronic jacquard machine has 2688 practical needles for 2400 needles, 5120 practical needles for 4800 needles, 6144 practical needles for 6000 needles, 12288 practical needles for 12000 needles. The remaining part of the needle is used to control the weft reservoir, control the warp stop pry movement, left and right warp weaving control edge warp movement and other application types of needles, collectively referred to as auxiliary needles. Due to the large number of practical needles of the electronic jacquard machine, the main needle of the jacquard warp and the auxiliary needle of the control can only be used for shapeless text pattern processing. If a 2400-needle electronic jacquard machine is used, after completing the process specifications for designing the jacquard fabric, the application of the needle sample card should be expressed. The electronic jacquard machine is also suitable for interior decoration fabrics with complex organizational structures and clothing decorative fabrics with complex pattern changes, and is a new type of loom that is currently used more and more.
